Download Dota 6.70b

Happy hollidays all!
Dota 6.70b has just been released, very expected to see a b version.
The new things we have with this map: support language for a country, around 10 bug fixes that were affecting the dota gameplay, some adjustments, and some fun things, related to the winter and snowballs.
Dota 6.70 had a major impact, new stuff, heroes, recipies.
