After almost two months, we have a new DotA map, 6.77.
Notice that this is not the Christmas map with holiday decorations and stuff, just a normal map that brings a few changes for heroes. Check the full list here: http://www.playdota.com/changelogs/6.77.

Just one day has passed since the release of DotA 6.76, and there is a new version available for download.
DotA 6.76b, having just one change, “Fixed a bug with Spirit Lance that would cause kills done by it to be considered sui*****”.

Just 19 days have passed since the latest DotA map, 6.75b, and there is a new one already, 6.76.
This map brings many changes and tweaks for different heroes, almost all of them have been changed.
The same for some items. The price and the visual effects have been changed.

There are no new heroes or items, just tweaks.
The second version of DotA 6.75 is available after just two days. A few bugs have been fixed.
A few of them.
* Fixed a fatal error when using wc3 patch 1.24b or 1.24e
* Magnetic Field gives half the AS bonus for non-hero units
* Tempest Double cooldown from 55 to 65/60/55
* Fixed a new bug in 6.75 that allowed refresher to bypass necronomicon restrictions
* Magnetic Field aoe reduced from 375 to 325.

A new DotA map is available after almost 7 months, DotA 6.75.
This is a major update that adds a new agility hero named “Zet, the Arc Warden”, a new Intelligence hero named “Auroth, the Winter Wyvern”. Besides the heroes the new map has a new loading screen. There are tweaks for the rest of the heroes.
There is also a new item named “Shadow Amulet”.
No major changes regarding the map design.

During the last months, Blizzard has tried to obtain the DotA brand. Their dispute was against Valve, the company that is currently developing DotA 2.
The final decision was that Blizzard will keep their “DotA” name for the non-commercial DotA map that is developed by Icefrog (Warcraft 3), while Valve will keep their brand for DotA 2.
Those who follow Blizzard’s news are familiar with the fact that they are developing their own MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) video game. Their new game will be named “Blizzard AllStars” and will feature most of the well known characters from the Blizzard’s games, Starcraft, Diablo and the Warcraft universe.
